About Me.
My yoga journey began in January 2018, on a snowy evening in Minneapolis, MN, after an hour-long online class in the comfort of my living room. Lying in Savasana, palms resting on my heart and belly, I remember the profound sense of wholeness that washed over me as, for the first time in years (and perhaps ever), I turned my awareness softly toward the pulse of my own heart, the gentle flow of breath in my lungs, and the expansive sensation of relaxation and trust in my own body. Silent, thankful tears rolled down my cheeks in awesome joy as I felt something like a turn homeward -- to the ancient home of my physical body, my true essence, and to the beauty of life. I've been committed to daily practice ever since.

In September 2023, I packed my belongings & moved to the western foothills of Denver, CO to live with my now husband and our two French bulldogs, Guinness and Odie. I teach weekly Restorative yoga classes at a studio down the road from my home.
When I'm not teaching yoga, I serve at a locally-owned wine bar in Evergreen, CO. I also enjoy playing music (cello, guitar, piano and singing), reading fiction, cooking new meals, and living a slow, centered life.
